Black April Commemoration
Sunday, April 24, 2011April 30, 1975
The event marked the end of the Vietnam War and the start of a transition period leading to the formal reunification of Vietnam under communist rule.
Every year, our VSA hosts this event in order to commemorate the fallen, to educate others about the event and related matter, and last but not least, to retrace our roots as Vietnamese.
Photos, stories and information about the Vietnam War will be at display and discussion. We will have Co Kim Loan as our key note speaker. We would like to invite anyone and everyone to this important event hosted annually.
